I earned a Bachelors in the History of Modern Philosophy from Brooklyn College, a Masters in Liberal Studies from Fordham University, and a Masters Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership through Park University. I very intentionally pursued such an “idealistic” course of study because my mind has always operated on the fundamental questions of human existence. After my Bachelors in Philosophy and my Masters in Liberal Studies, I embarked on a very deliberate exploration of my American society and country, engaging my fellow Americans in conversation about life and meaning. This adventure in self and fellow American exploration was done in emulation of my favorite philosopher, Socrates, who similarly engaged his fellow Athenians of ancient Greece. This season in my life lasted from 2005-2012, resulting in my autobiographical book titled “The Socratic Trucker: An American Memoir.”
As an educated citizen who sees his country growing ever more partisan, politically and socially dazed and confused, and ever more forgetful of its true identity and of our very spirit of liberty itself, I feel it is incumbent upon me to step forward with a program for national revival. I call this program our New American Spring, a name intended to convey that the movement I am presenting can be conceived of as a socially evolutionary revival of the original American Spring set forth by our Founding Fathers in the Constitution, rather than a politically revolutionary turn from our national essence...
